Why do you keep staring at me?!
Last night I went out with a few of my friends and we went to a place that I had never been to before. We were standing at the bar waiting for drinks, just talking and hanging out. These girls were next to us bumping into us and causing us to bump into other people. This guy on a power trip looked at my friend, "M", and said "Hey man you keep bumping into me" and M explained the situation. The guy then says "Aren't you gonna apologize?" M just turned away.

We kept bumping into them throughout the night, not on purpose, and the guy was just a jackass. I over heard him saying that the bartender was his "Best Friend in the whole wide world".
The night wraps up, the music stops, everyone is leaving. The lady bartender was having trouble with a drunk obnoxious guy so I was stuck waiting for my bill and we wanted to leave. M was looking at me and saying "What is taking so long" when Douche(the guy we've been bumping into) says "Why do you keep staring at me?!" Like back in the high school days when it wasn't cool to look at someone for more than a minute. M turns to him and says "WHAT?!" and he says "You keep staring at me what's your problem?!" So I say "Are you fuckin kidding me?!" he looks at me and says "No". Then next thing I know M and this guy are in each others face and Douche puts his hand in M's face and pushes his head away which triggers "GO TIME".
I am now a spectator as M throws punches and Douche practically runs away. In my peripheral vision I see guys start to gather and I realize he has a lot of friends with him which was why he acted so tough and then ran. The bouncers step in and pull Douche away as he stumbles everywhere and M stands proud as only one bouncer steps in to say "Cool it".
I calm M down and tell him "It's cool, he's got a lot of friends here, lets just go." As all these guys come toward and one after the other I say "He's cool, I got him, He's cool." All these guys were pissed because M got the best of their "Boy". Somehow we managed to just walk right out the door untouched. We weren't even escorted out.
The rule with guys is the fight starts 1 on 1 and then if another guy jumps in to help their friend and joins the fight instead of just breaking it up, it causes a chain reaction. In this case M was holding his own and Douche got pulled away. If you fight in a bar where the bouncers are friends with the person you are fighting, you may not leave in good condition because there is no one to stop the fight. I weighed the possibilities and we got the hell out of there.
In our case I think it was obvious who started it and M explained the situation to a few bouncers so that is another reason we got out without any other problems.
Look, I hate fighting I try to talk my way out of it if I can. I don't think it's cool nor do I think it's necessary. I had a feeling someone may try something just because everywhere we went last night was just a big NUT SACK, Sausagefest. So I had a feeling there was going to be a "tough guy" in the crowd. That's all it takes is one.
Other than that last night was awesome! I love hanging out with M, we are like two of the same. We just go out to have a good time and have fun.
Just for the hell of it we decided to go to Jon's Coney Island.
This wasn't as intense as the first time I seen it... It never gets old.
